CARE specialist Janet Shreeve, founder of Shreeve Care Services, has been appointed as a board advisor at Care and Support West which is a membership organisation providing independent information about care in the West of the UK. 

Janet’s role signifies a notable milestone in her career and underlines her commitment to advancing the quality and accessibility of care services in the West of England and across the UK.

Janet, who established Shreeve Care Services a little over a year ago, boasts over two decades of expertise in the care industry, particularly in live-in care. Her company offers consultancy services to care organisations and assists families in navigating the complex care system on behalf of their loved ones.

Becoming an advisor to the board of Care and Support West is a natural step for her to take.

“I started my business because I could see that families and the care sector needed support in experiencing excellence in care. I am in a good position to provide my expertise and join the board of advisors of Care and Support West, together we’ll work to advocate for fair treatment and quality care services in the region,” Janet said.

Care and Support West serves as an advocacy and representative body for companies, charities, organisations, and individuals operating within the social care, support, and health sectors in the West of England.

It aims to give care providers a voice in shaping the strategic direction of health and social care services, ensuring fair treatment and funding, and influencing policies and regulations at a local, regional and national level.
