The Guardia Civil has located a 13-year-old minor who had been forcibly married and was 12 weeks pregnant.

In the operation, both the minor’s husband and both parents were arrested. The victim is pregnant for the second time after a previous abortion due to malformations in the foetus.

The operation has been developed within the actions that the Guardia Civil has been carrying out to eradicate human trafficking, when they learned through the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office that a girl of only thirteen years of age had suffered a voluntary interruption of pregnancy due to a serious malformation in the foetus.

The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the National Court has confirmed the fine of 90,000 euro and the prohibition from attending procedures for granting official aid for six months imposed on Vueling Airlines by the Secretary of State for Social Rights due to non-compliance with its web page of accessibility conditions for people with disabilities.

In a ruling, the magistrates of the Eighth Section dismiss the airline’s appeal against the October 2020 Resolution imposed for the commission of a serious violation of article 95.3.e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, consolidated text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion.

The judge of the National Court Santiago Pedraz has ordered the provisional suspension of the instant messaging application Telegram following a complaint filed by Mediaset, Atresmedia and Movistar Plus for alleged unauthorised use of audiovisual content subject to copyright.

As reported by legal sources, the head of the Central Court of Instruction Number 5 has adopted this decision within the framework of a request for a precautionary measure requested by the audiovisual companies so that the activity of the messaging application was paralyzed while the investigation was carried out.
