At Mad Black Cat, we publish work that helps people think more clearly about the world they move through, often in places where habit, assumption, and familiarity quietly shape behaviour. Road use is one of those spaces.
We are pleased to announce the publication of N332 Driving in Spain: 2025 – Part 2, the second volume in an ongoing road safety collection by Mark Nolan, instructor from the N332 Road Safety Project.
This book brings together more than seventy articles originally published on the N332.es website between July and December 2025, forming a direct continuation of Part 1, released earlier this year.
A Record of Real-World Road Safety
Rather than presenting theory or abstract instruction, this collection captures road safety as it is experienced in daily life. Each article responds to real situations, real misunderstandings, and real risks encountered by drivers, riders, pedestrians, and families using Spanish roads.
The structure reflects the rhythm of the year itself. Summer brings heat, long journeys, vehicle loading, and tyre stress. Autumn introduces schools, routine changes, and reduced daylight. Winter follows with darkness, weather, festive travel, and some of the highest-risk periods on the road calendar.
Alongside these seasonal themes are ongoing and evolving topics, including micromobility, e-scooters, visibility, distraction, impairment, speed, and the shared responsibility between different road users.
Some subjects appear more than once, intentionally. This is not repetition for convenience, but reinforcement by design. Safer behaviour is built through understanding and reflection, not through one-time exposure to rules.
Who This Book Is For
N332 Driving in Spain: 2025 – Part 2 is written for:
- People living and driving in Spain
- Visitors and short-term drivers
- Families navigating school travel and daily routines
- Riders, pedestrians, and micromobility users
- Anyone interested in how road rules connect to human behaviour
It can be read as a standalone volume or alongside Part 1, and works equally well as a reference book or a reflective read.
Part of a Continuing Series
This publication does not mark an endpoint. The N332 Road Safety Project continues through ongoing website articles, social media updates, podcasts, and video content. A new collection series is planned for 2026, alongside further books that will be featured across both N332.es and the Mad Black Cat catalogue.
At Mad Black Cat, we believe that understanding changes behaviour more effectively than instruction alone. This book sits firmly within that philosophy.
N332 Driving in Spain: 2025 – Part 2 is available now via Amazon and through all good bookshops.
